Cakes by JennDP only use the highest quality ingredients of vanilla essence, free range eggs & Belgian chocolate. As a humble homebaker the flavour of your cake is as important as the design. I support local producers and community markets as well as a way of giving back to the community. The list I jave is not exhaustive and if you ever need a cake flavour thats not in my selection, feel free to contact me directly to areange your preferred choice and I will try my best to source it out for you.
Very Vanilla Vanilla chiffon layered with butter-vanilla buttercream and raspberry conserve. This cake can also be made plain without the raspberry conserve.
Red Velvet Red velvet chiffon layered with strawberry flavoured buttercream and strawberry conserve. Can also be made with white chocolate ganache filling.
Lemon Custard Lemon zest chiffon layered with lemon buttercream and a sweet tangy lemon custard.
Chocolate Salted Caramel Moist dark chocolate sponge layered with a salted caramel and chocolate buttercream.
Choco Loco Chocolate chiffon layered with chocolate buttercream and chocolate ganache.
Coffee/Mocha Nespresso infused sponge layered with coffee buttercream with walnuts.
Chocolate Biscuit Cake Our signature chocolate biscuit cake with high quality callebaut chocolate, digestive biscuits, gingernut biscuits and maltesers.
Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Biscuit Cake Our signature chocolate biscuit cake with the addition of Ferrero.
Ube/Taro Cake A bestseller flavour from the Philippines made of purple potato, ube chiffon cake layered with ube creamcheese buttercream and creamy purple yam filling. Can also be made with macapuno strings filling.
